I am not fully sure what you mean, but unfortunately Maven (used to be called AMI) has shut down. Now I use Project Broadcast.

I had a question do you still do order forms and if so how do you explain for them to figure out sales tax and shipping?
I do still do order forms. I tell them they can send me the totals and I can do the math for them. A lot of times they will just write what they want on the forms without a total and I will give them the total.

Whoop! That’s awesome guys! We’ve done FPU twice and got out of debt minus our mortgage this past February. We only owe $28,000 left on our mortgage and that’s our next goal that we’re throwing extra money at. So freeing to not owe people money! 👏🏻

Can you use ami in Canada?
When using square for Scentsy orders, do you still give clients a copy of Scentsy's order form (blank or filled out)? And I thought I heard you say that you do not scan the sku when adding items to your inventory listing on Square. I am not sure I understand why this does not work when adding items to inventory. Thanks a bunch!!
I do not give paper copies unless they specifically ask for it which is super rare. It will not add inventory by just scanning. You will have to go put the actual amount in your inventory to keep up with that.
@@JamesTiffanyBurns Hey! Watching again! I have noticed that the bar codes on like our soap have a longer bar code or in upper left corner on top of UPC bar there are four numbers that seem like they are part if the whole code. So I am thinking I need to add that in when manually entering bar codes. Please advise. Thank you for your generosity!

Question, does the Square base unit for credit cards only work if connected to an iPad? Can it be connected to a Mac with the USB adapter? I can't get mine to work (only the swiper attached to my phone). I thought it was bluetooth enabled but I may be wrong.
On a Mac you can only use the swiper with the virtual terminal

I scroll to the bottom where it says notes. Then I type or talk text it in that box. Then I scroll up for them to put their information in.

I am not sure what you are asking. Square puts all the items alphabetically. You can make different categories. Some people just do warmers, bars, oils, etc. Some list $20 warmers, $25 warmers, etc. Your call. Hope that helps.

This might be a dumb question, but is the scanner set up to your your square account or something else?
Square account. It really is not "set up" just plugged in to the square stand and works that way.
What do you do for items that do not have a sku number?
I believe the only items like this are travel tins. You have a couple options. If you have a scanner, you can still scan the bar code. If you do not have a scanner, then just add the item without the sku number and you will have to type it every time to look it up and add to the order.
